Ohhh boy

Just to catch you up on all my happenings lately...
Surprisingly there have been quite a few.
1. My grandma was put into the hospital for a rapid heartbeat and her diverticulitis was acting up. She was in the hospital for a few days because they couldn't get her heart rate down and she was at a risk for blood clots if they couldn't get it under control. They finally did and she's home now. But her shots she has to take now are pretty expensive and it's making money tight for her. I wish I could help some. Please send some love and prayers her way. She needs them. I also wish I could be out there to give some support or something. But alas, my car is a piece. Which leads me to the next happening.
2. My car. Gee, what a gem. Okay, so car. Here we go. My car is STILL leaking oil or something. I don't know for sure what it's leaking, I can never figure it out and surprisingly no one else in the auto shops around the world can either. This car is a mystery. THEN I get out to my car yesterday and there is an inch of water on the bottom of my passenger side floor. Coooool. Turns out the hole in my convertible top is actually a gaping hole now. It rained for two days consecutively and now there's a large amount of water in my car. Sweet. Convertible tops are much more expensive than it's worth for me to spend money on this car at this point, so I went with a much cheaper alternative: Duct tape. That's right. Duct tape.
I put a plastic bag on the inside to seal up the hole and duct taped that, then duct taped the hole on the outside. I'm not entirely sure how waterproof duct tape is, but I guess time will tell.
3. Remember how I said I wanted to do Integrated Studies Major? Yeah, I did, then today I had an epiphany. I don't want to do Integrated Studies, no. I want to do and ASL major with a minor in Theatre. Yes, that's the good stuff. This would be an exciting thing for me normally, however at this very time it's not a super good thing to come to terms with. Why, you say? Because I can offically register for classes at 12:00 on Wednesday. Like as in tomorrow. I had all my classes picked out for if I were to do and Integrated Studies major and now I'm going to have to focus on ASL and Theatre classes. Problem, now I don't know what classes I'm going to need.. eff. Call a counselor? Wish I could. None of them are answering their phones because they're helping all of the other students on campus with their life crisises. Luckily, the language counselor did email me back, so I have a meeting with her on Thursday morning.
Theatre counselor I have yet to hear from. *gulp* I hope she calls me soon.
I do have 3 classes that I know I'm going to need in order to carry on with this. Which is the good news. I can register for those classes tonight/ tomorrow morning. I just hope the rest of the classes I'm going to need are going to be available by the time I can talk to the counselor. *cue panicked breathing*
So this epiphany comes to me in the middle of class today, about 11 hours before I can register for classes. Oi. Granted, it's a much better time to have this epiphany than 2 years into an Integrated Studies Major. However, I wish I could have had this epiphany last Tuesday. Definitely would have been more beneficial.
4. School will be overwhelming this next semester... eh. 12 credits on campus. I think another 4 off campus so I can get finished with my math credits right now and never have to take a math class for the rest of my life. Joyous occasions in the far future.
Stressful headaches in the near future.
Anyone have $1500 I can have to pay for those math classes with? :/
5. I GET TO GO TO RENO FOR THANKSGIVING!!! I'm so excited! I miss my mom like crazy!!! I can't wait to see her, my sister, and my sweet nephew! It's going to be great! Hopefully Kyle will be able to go with me. (: Keep your fingers crossed for me.
So that's my soap box.
Good news: Grandma's going to be okay, my life is on track to be what I want to be when I grow up, and I get to see my mommy sooner than I expected to.
Bad news: Car is lame and it's effing snowing. Grr.
That's all.
Amen.

Oh, and in Other News

School is awesome.
I think I've settled on a major.
Da da da da!!!!
Integrated Studies Major: ASL/Theatre.
Best of both worlds!
Did you know there's a job where you can interpret actors' lines in plays!? Because you can!
And that's my dream job!
And then I could just interpret for classes or whatever when I'm not on the stage.
AND I could act too.
Do you not see how perfect this major is for me?
I do.
I'm going to talk to my counselor this week and I'll get my life figured out (:
I'M SO EXCITED!!!!
My life is awesome.

Perfect Websites. In Case You Need Some.

In case you were wondering, I've uncovered a gold of cute clothing websites.
The first one: www.modcloth.com
Cuuuute clothes and necklaces. Like this necklace that I've been fighting with myself to get for like 4 months... no joke.

THEN I found www.lulus.com
MORE cute things. I'm dying here, people.
This dress I would gladly wear everywhere... If I had somewhere where I could wear it everywhere everday.. if that makes sense. LoVe ThIs DrEsS.

Then today I found this perfect website:
www.shopplasticland.com
This is just the home decor. They've got clothes, too. But these are things that I probably need in my future household.

A fish bath plug.

Salt and pepper shakers. So cute. OMG.

Aaaaand the world's cutest cookie jar.

And then in case you needed some inspiration, this girl is probably the coolest thing since sliced bread. She takes UUUH-GLY dresses and turns them into glorious cute dresses that you'd kill to have. Well, maybe not kill, but you'd do something a litte insane for them. I think. I might. Maybe.
www.newdressaday.com
This girl is a genius. (:

DANG

Kyle's birthday is this very day!
I'm shocked.
I keep telling everyone I'm having a hard time coming to terms that I've known him through 3 ages now.
It weirds me out.
AND THEN to think I've date him now through three ages now, that's crazy, too!
Man I'm lucky.
He's such a sweetheart.
His birthday present?
I'm cool. Let me just tell you that much.I'll post pictures soon.
You'll just have to trust me that it's a good one.

Anyhoo.
Happy birthday, Kyle William Rhoades.
I love you so much.
I'm so lucky to have you in my life.
I don't know where I'd be without you, nor do I like to think about it.
I hope you're having a fun time in Wendover with the guys. (:
XOXO
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
-The luckiest girl ever.
